| Includes: Double-sided prospectus broadside. 35.5x21.5 cm. (14x8½"). Printed in red and black. States on recto "Capital Stock, $1,000,000 in 1,000,000 Shares, $1.00 Each...Mines in Camp Floyd Mining District, Mercur, Utah." Goes on to list the officers and directors, one of the names of which are crossed out and replaced with a different name. On verso is the Prospectus statement. Many short closed tears at folded creases, three repaired with tape. * Folding prospectus with double-sided text, attached to a map of the Gold Mining Co's property at Mercur Camp Floyd Mining District in Utah. The map measures 41.6x21.5 cm. (16¼x8½"). A few letters to the Directors on the document are dated March 30, 1896. |
