| Signed "with best wishes" by Daniels and dated April 16, 1999. Special color copied advertisement letter laid in with photo of Daniels signing a stack of this prized book. Daniels was a former CEO of Archer Daniels Midland Company, which his grandfather founded in 1901. Daniels donated his renowned collection of sporting books to the National Sporting Library. This recounts a twenty year correspondence with the noted sporting bookseller, Helen Hennessey of Saratoga Springs, NY, who helped form his collection. |
